– Two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
– 225 grams of boneless chicken breast.
– A red bell pepper.
– Half a cup of chopped green onions.
– Four cloves of garlic, crushed.
– Three cups of brown rice cooked as above.
– Two tablespoons of light soy sauce.
– A tablespoon of vinegar.
– A cup of green peas.

-In a large frying pan over a stove, heat the oil, fry the chicken after cutting it into cubes, and add black pepper to it.
-When it starts to ripen, add the garlic until it gets cooked.
-Remove the chicken and place it on a plate in a warm place. Again put a spoonful of oil and add cooked rice and add soy sauce, vinegar and peas, and continue cooking for another few minutes.
Add green onions and cook for several minutes.
-Return the chicken pieces to the rice mixture, and cook the rice and chicken until they are well combined.
